I’ve calmed down a bit now. So firstly, I want to say that I understand the seriousness of that word and why you picked up on it. But surely you must know that I would never never use it in the context which you are suggesting. That thought never even occurred to me.

So I’m not going to apologise, because there was never any ill intent on my part, but I will try to avoid using it in the future.
