The great rhetoritician in Chief is selling the public plan hard today:
If you think about it; U.P.S. and Fed-Ex are doing just fine. No they are, it’s the Post Office that’s always having problems
And that says what about the government’s ability to run health care? Oh right. They’re going to be crap at it.

It was a pretty pathetic performance. And his managers couldn’t have made things more comfortable for Obama. With Obama fan invitees only, easy questions prepared, a child asking a sweet, perplexed questions about all the ‘mean’ signs outside, the audience chanting ‘Yes, We Can’.
Yet it was the same old campaign speech rhetoric…Obama didn’t give any specifics, maybe because he knew if he really told the truth about this bill, even his planted audience would be booing him…it was all about ‘trusting’ him. He told lies, said he had never supported ’single payer’ healthcare yet there are videos from 2003 and 2007 and several others times saying that he was for the public option and it would just take some time to undermine private insurance to bring about a one government/single payer health insurance. Obama was defensive and said he would never kill grandmother even though page 16 of the House healthbill suggests differently. Think back….when was the last time that an American President had to assure the American people that he would not kill off their grandma or for that matter them?
AA…you really make me giggle you know…I love your style my American lady!!
